Nova Frame sells digital downloads. We collect the minimum needed to take payment and deliver the files.
Name, email, billing country/address, payment status, and any message you send support. Card numbers are handled by Stripe, not stored on this site.
To process the order, deliver the files, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and meet tax rules in the US, UK and Canada.
Stripe processes payments. [TODO: name the service(s) that actually deliver the files and send email, e.g. SendOwl, Google Drive, Dropbox, or your email provider.] Those processors see your email address.
If you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we load [TODO: list only the tools you use: Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel] to measure visits and which ads lead to purchases. If you click "Reject", or make no choice, they are not loaded. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of each page.
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, chargebacks, and legal obligations.
